Tybee Island Restaurants: Seafood
You can’t say you’ve experienced Tybee Island without having tasted the local seafood. In the south food is what we’re all about and on Tybee Island, it’s all about the seafood. With delicious options like deviled crab-cakes, fried shrimp and low country boils there’s something for everyone. So sit down, cool your heels and stay awhile.
For all you beach lovers Sting Ray’s is walking distance from the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Enjoy the live music out on the massive deck and make sure to browse the surf shop while you’re there.
If you’re done with the beach for the day and want to enjoy a creek view make sure to check out the world famous Crab Shack. Known as the place where the elite eat in their bare feet! Be sure the kids stop for a look at the gator lagoon with the man-eating gators! (Not really, but they don’t need to know that!)
Whatever sort of atmosphere you prefer you’ll be sure to have a good time at any of Tybee Island’s seafood restaurants.
